Breaking Free

This is John. John lives his life inside a bubble of continuous thought. This separates him from the people, places and things in his life.

John views the world through the filters of his own history, fears and beliefs, in the form of this continuous, unnoticed, unnecessary bubble of thinking. He lives, as if.

John narrates his life instead of connecting to and experiencing it.

He sometimes wonders why he has a hard time, and feels stuck and ineffective.

In this state, John is controlled by and believes the unnoticed, unfounded, unnecessary thinking. The thinking that tells John that he is worthless, inept, unlovable, never going to be, do or have anything, and that he is just not enough.

This is the source of John's pain and suffering.

Feeling bad is the tap on the shoulder that John has not yet recognized.

Why would John do this? Programming.

Through the culture and some well-meaning elders, John was ultimately taught to separate himself from his own power. Unintentional as this may have been, it is the same state of being in which most people live, globally.

But the good news is that John doesn't have to live this way.

John can learn to wake up to his own operating system, see how it works, and in that, become his true Self.

He can pull his head out of that bubble of thought.

John can learn that there is another way to have this human adventure.

When we observe thought instead of being had by it, we are Awake and Aware.

We pull our heads out of that bubble of unnecessary noise and have a direct experience with life.

How can you facilitate awakening into your own Awareness? FUEL your life.

FUEL is a 4-point practice that can be lived in anyone's everyday life. You can practice any one (or all) of these perspectives, in any order you'd like, as often as you'd like:

FUEL

Flow emotion, accept unconditionally, be the eyewitness and practice Lucidity.

F - Flow emotion:

Today I will live my life from the inside out.

U - Accept Unconditionally:

Today I will make reality my friend and teacher.

E - Be the Eyewitness:

Today I will be the eyewitness to thought, so that I may discard those that do not serve.

L - Step into Lucidity:

Today I will exercise Lucidity by perceiving life with little to no mental commentary.

Sprinkle these practices into your daily life and watch the feel-bad begin to disappear.

These practices invite powerful realizations to rise independently from within. When clarity rises, it frees you to become your true Self.
