Rescue Yourself: Find The Hole In Your Boat

Why? Why would I live from the feel-bad space more often than not?

One day I noticed, the mind had a hard time letting things be easy.

When the mind wakes up to its own programming, we are back in a position of power. In that awakened, aware state, just notice. Notice what the mind says, and equally important, what feelings arise from those thoughts. If the feelings do not feel good, that’s one way to know they are fear-based, unnecessary, unconscious thoughts.

When we notice what thought says, does and how that makes us feel, we are weakening the very programs that hold us hostage in our own lives.

We are literally waking up to Reality as it is, as opposed to our mind’s version of its fear-based “reality.”
