Authentic Change

Authentic change is silent. So silent that the thinking mind doesn't notice it at first.

The thinking mind recognizes personal, authentic change when it sees the "I" no longer reacts the same.

The mind notices the empty space where the angst used to be.

The mind notices how the jaw no longer clenches under pressure.

The mind notices the spaces that used to be filled with contraction, resistance and pain.

Woman noticing personal change.

Man recognizing inner peace.

The mind notices what has fallen away, and it notices that the empty space is somehow filled with freedom and peace.

And finally, the mind sees that that which fell away, was heavy, painful and never needed.

Leave baggage behind.

Man jumping the fence to inner freedom.

Here's to our own evolution.
