How To Quickly Realign With Your Power

 
Remember you can have a positive influence on your day.

It's that time again! That moment when you pop awake and remember that you can direct the trajectory of your day!

You are the boss of you, not your old unnoticed, unnecessary thoughts and programs. 

 

Instead of just having, going along with, and believing thought all at the same time, you have the ability to notice thought and step out of it by putting your silent Awareness on your breath, your body and how it all feeeels.

This is your hub, your home base. This is your recharge station. 

 

Fuel-up as much as you can. Do it at a red light, waiting in line, washing your hands, you get it. Every time you practice putting your silent Awareness on yourself, you are lifting your energy.

For example, let's say you're waiting on line in a store. Suddenly, you Awaken in the moment and notice how the mind was splashing around in thought.

 
 
 

Quiet the mind and take a nice, slow, deep breath and feel how good it feels. Place your mentally silent focus/Awareness at the top of the head, and scan your wordless focus down your entire body, like there's a warm, delicious energy being poured down over you.

 Continue with this slow, deep, feel-good breathing as you continue to scan your focus down the body. You have the ability to shift into this feel-good practice right there in the 10-items-or-less line without anyone being any the wiser!

 

You may notice that your jaw was clenched but that when you place your silent Awareness on it, the jaw automatically relaxes. The same may happen with your shoulders, or other unnoticed, constricted muscles. 

Remember, this is just a calm, silent scanning. Almost like you're giving yourself a full body x-ray, only the energy ray of your Awareness is the most powerful thing you can do for yourself, body, mind and soul.

 

So, when the gold ring comes around, grab it. When you pop awake and notice thought, quieting the mind for even 10 seconds and placing your silent Awareness on the body, cuts the cord of unconsciousness. It also weakens things like anxiety and depression.

Feeling into your body with your silent Awareness realigns you with higher Intelligence, the Universe, God, your true Self.

 

…..And that’s the place from where you want to wave your magic wand.

 

EMPOWERMENT:

Today I will stay aligned with my power by fueling the body with my silent Awareness.
